Projects

Roofs Arizona offers roofing repair and replacement services for all types of residential structures. Our projects are designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Tile Roofs

Clay, sandcast and concrete are the three most common types of
residential tile roofs in Arizona. Although this durable material can last
more than 50 years, the underlayment will need to be replaced every 25-35
years.

"Mr. Bob Murphy and his crew have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. They were trustworthy and timely in communicating with me and never gave me any surprises. Their work is excellent. Bob went above expectations when he took the time to repaint the underside of the new patio boards he replaced. Do yourself a favor, get a quote from him for your next job, you will not be sorry."

Shingle Roofs

Asphalt and organic shingles are two common materials used in
Arizona roofs. These roofs can last as many as 25 years but should be
inspected at least once a year.

"Overall excellent work and a great experience. The work was completed in a timely manner and the end result looks amazing. The crew showed up when they advised and communication with Bob was prompt. We have already recommended Bob to friends in need of roof work."

Flat Roofs

Most residential homes with flat roofs have a waterproof covering
that protects against moisture during Arizona’s rainy season. To maintain
its integrity against the sun’s intense ultraviolet rays, your flat roof should
be recoated every five to ten years. The materials for flat roofing repairs
can vary. Our contractors will inspect your roof and recommend the best
products for your home.

I absolutely could not be happier with Roofs Arizona!  The representative was very professional and gave me his honest opinion and backed it up with sound reasons and experience.  His quote was also very fair, but more impressive was his service.  He recoated my flat-top roof but took his time and did a quality job.  First, he power washed the roof to get it clean, then he applied fiberglass tape to the seams and sent me a picture.  Secondly, he coated the roof with high quality material and again sent me a picture.  A couple days later a second coat was applied and a final picture was sent.  I did not expect a second coat.  I received regular communication throughout the job.  I am so happy with Roof Arizona, that they will be my Roofing company as long as I live in this area and will recommend them to all my friends!
